Police shoot 2 students during APC Delta North primary

Two students identified as Ndubuisi and Henry Nweke, were reportedly shot, today, at the venue of the APC Delta North Senatorial primary election which held at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba, Delta State.

One of the students is the College’s Speaker of the Students Union Parliament. It was gathered that two policemen had approached the scene of the incident and after a moment of exchange, the policemen opened fire into the crowd, gunning down the two students. .

The reason why the officers opened fire on the crowd, is yet to be ascertained, but the bodies of the students were taken away, in the police van, to the Federal Medical Center, Asaba, and dumped. .

However, Henry was confirmed dead, while Ndubuisi is still battling for survival and about to be operated on.
