The tattoo artist says he has been obsessed with skills since childhood – but he got really serious about looking like one when his mum died.
His gruesome procedures include having the bottom half of his nose removed and his ear lobes cut off.
He split his tongue in two and dyed it grey, then had dark eye sockets permanently inked onto his face.

He has been slammed in the media and by members of the public back in Colombia for his macabre look.
But his Instagram feed is littered with pics of fans greeting him in the street and posing for selfies.
He told Rio Noticias website in Colombia: “Body modifications are a personal decision and should not be judged.
“It is like judging a woman for getting breast or buttock implants.

His extreme make over includes having his earlobes cut off, tongue dyed grey and eye sockets tattooed onto his face

“For me, a skull is like my sister, a part of my family really, I feel very attached to them.”
He described being transformed into a walking talking skull as a “dream come true”.
He added: “I am a normal person who just happens to look a lot different than most other people.
“It’s like a different way of thinking, of dressing, a different style of music. I just feel good the way I am.”
But Kalaca says he does notice many people crossing the street to avoid passing him.
His Halloween aesthetic joins the ranks of Zombie Boy, who appeared in a Lady Gaga music video.
