Former Hollywood producer turned property development mogul Nile Niami built the largest residence in America, which is also the most expensive home in the world.
When The One hits markets in 2018, it would be selling for a whopping $500 million, which estimates N180 billion.
According to the Daily Sun, the super luxurious home is built in the posh neighbourhood of Bel-Air, which is situated in the metropolitan area of Greater Los Angeles, home to some of Hollywood’s biggest stars.
Daybreak News learned that the expensive house would offer 20 bedrooms and 30 bathrooms, as well as a private cinema that can accommodate up to 40 people.
