3 Snobbish: always feel to be better than others
4 Arrogant: I was very unlucky to stay in this terrible hotel. The room was basic, the smell of chemicals was unbearable – allergic people avoid this place from far!
But the most terrible thing was that we participants could not sleep during ALL the night. There was a wedding with non-stop loud music from 8 PM until 5 AM. The music was so loud that the walls and the bed were trembling. From 5AM until 8.30AM the stuff started to pack the equipment into the track with permanently switched on engine.
The owner was so greedy that sold 12 rooms to the conference participants from the nearby hotel in spite of knowing that it will be IMPOSSIBLE to get any sleep in the hotel during all the night.
When we complained the owner increased her voice and, believe or not, blamed us – the guests! According to her the receptionist mentioned that they will have “an event”, but they forgot to say that this “event” will keep until 5AM and will be accompanied with non-stop loud music! They forgot to mention, that the rooms will be unsuitable for having a rest.
No the owner, no the receptionist never used words as “sorry” or “excuse us that show sign of arrogant”
