At least three persons were confirmed dead in an accident involving a God Is Good passenger bus and a truck Benin-Ore expressway on Tuesday (yesterday).
The bus, carrying 18 passengers was headed towards Benin, Edo state.

Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps spokesman, Babatunde Akinbiyi confirmed that eight other persons were injured in the accident, while seven people escaped unhurt.
“Eighteen passengers were in the commercial bus. Two males and one female died, while eight others were injured,” he said.
Akinbiyi blamed the incident on reckless driving on the part of the driver.
