2 tablespoons of oat flakes (20 g)

1 cup of water (250 ml)

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (2 g)


Add the oats to the cup of water.

Let sit for a couple of hours.

Then, blend with the half teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

How to drink it

Drink it 20 to 30 minutes before going to bed.

Drink it for at least 2 weeks straight

2. Lemon peel tea

There is a large amount of vitamin C, essential oils and powerful antioxidants in lemon peels. Oce absorbed by the body, they clean your liver and prevent diseases.


The peel of one lemon

1 cup of water (250 ml)

1 tablespoon of honey (25 g) (optional)


Cut up the lemon peel and then add it to a cup of boiling water.

Cover the drink and let steep for 10 minutes.

Then, strain it and sweeten with the tablespoon of honey.

How to drink it

Drink the tea 3o minutes before going to bed.

Repeat every day for three weeks.

3. Ginger and lemon tea

This ginger and lemon drink is a digestive, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant remedy that can be used as a complement for detoxifying your liver and gallbladder.

1 teaspoon of grated ginger (5 g)

1 cup of water (250 ml)

Juice from 1/2 lemon


Pour one teaspoon of grated ginger into a cup of water and then put it on to boil for 2 to 3 minutes.

When it is ready, cover the tea and let it steep for 10 minutes.

Strain it and add the juice from half a lemon.

How to drink it

Drink the tea 40 minutes before going to bed.

4. Mint tea

Add the mint leaves to a cup of boiling water and cover it.

Let the drink sit for 10 minutes, strain it and, if you would like, add the half tablespoon of lemon juice.

How to drink it

Drink the tea 20 minutes before going to bed, for three weeks straight.

5. Chamomile tea

Chamomile has antioxidant, depurative and sedative properties that help with hepatic cleaning while you’re resting.

Its components help to filter toxins in the blood. Over time, they exercise a calming effect that helps you fall asleep. 


1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers (10 g)

1 cup of water (250 ml)


Add a tablespoon of chamomile flowers to a cup of water and then boil the water on low heat for five minutes.

When it is ready, cover the drink, let sit for 10 minutes and then strain.

How to drink it

Drink the tea right before bed.

Repeat the treatment for 2 weeks.
