The only possible explanation is
Case 1: Earth rotation has stopped
“ As we all know that earth spins and it gives the effect of sun rising and setting. So if the sun doesn’t rise it means the the rotation of earth has stopped.”
we all know what happens if earth starts rotation
“The winds blow at 1000’s of miles per hour from east to west and the days would be 6 months longer and the nights would be 6 months longer.
But don’t worry we all die in the first day itself because of High winds, Incredible tsunami, No gravity and all”.
Case 2: The sun disappeared just like that
All the planets in our system revolve around sun due to the gravitational force. If the sun disappeared they don’t have anything to centre and all planets loose their path
‘Best case’ scenario all planets will collide.
‘Worst case’ scenario our planet loosely roam in this empty universe without the source of life.
Hope I got your answer and lets hope that day never comes any way near coming 6 billion years.

If sun does not rise it implies → Earth has stop rotating.
Results → Disaster , most probably end of human race
Earth rotates on its axis from west towards east at about 1675 km/hr.
Every thing on the earth will be thrown east wards at a huge speed resulting in death, destruction. The atmosphere will create winds as disastrous as Atomic Blasts.
the momentum , inertia will make the the ocean water to give rise to huge gigantic waves that will clean the in lands in munitues.
Assuming, all life to be ended after this , the earth is still standing still in it’s position, Half of the earth will be baked under constant heat of the sun and the other half will be completely frozen . From the remaining resources life may appear again from the very begining , but Humans won’t be there in the upcoming centuries unless evolution continues it’s cycle.

One side of the earth will experience day 24*7 and another side will experience night for the rest of the time. Hotter on one side and colder on another. This will happen if the Earth stops rotating. This means that the side experiencing darkness will be affected first. All trees will die because the basic process of photosynthesis will stop. Total food production will decrease. This will lead to fight for food among the existing population, people who can afford will survive and others will perish. Decrease in population will occur. This are the immediate causes.
Second of all, as far as I remember, the earth’s rotation has a huge impact on action of winds. The easterlies, the westerlies and the trade winds will stop. This will in turn affect climate and rainfall pattern all over the globe and eventually everyone will die.
This scenario might actually happen because the speed of rotation of earth is decreasing day by day!
I don’t know if scientists are having any thoughts about this!

There will be unbalanced ecology, if the sun didn’t rise for one day. This may happen for two resobs like, the atmosphere is so thick and formng opaque Barriers .and uf there is any other celestial body between earth and the sun. So, it is highly impossible . Especially, the floura and fauna will greatly be affected. They’ll not be able to generate energy and most of the plants wiwill die, due to lack of energy.

We will have to face ice age & the whole world will be shaken by snow
gravitational force would be ended in just 8–10 minute
It would be very dark
Moon will disappear as it would not have sunlight to reflect
Plants will no longer grow without sun
Oceans would freeze
As there would still exist oxygen ..humans would be able to survive for some days.
Just relax guys because sun is not going to die atleast for 10–20 billion years!

The sun doesn’t rise. It is the earth’s rotation that make it “rise” for you.
Here’s what I mean.
Stand up looking straight at the nearest window. We will call that window the sun. Now slowly rotate your body and keep your head and eyes straight. At some point the window will start to disappear from your field of vision until you can’t see it anymore. You just watched the sunset.
Keep rotating on your axis until the window (sun) is exactly behind you. You are now experiencing night time.
Keep rotating in the same direction until you start seeing that window again. Congratulations! You are watching the sun rise!
If the sun doesn’t “rise” as you suggest, it means that the earth is in a tidal lock with the sun, the same way the moon is locked with earth. There would be one side of the earth that will eternally face the sun and a side always in darkness. Since you are asking about the missing sunrise, you would be living on the dark side. It will be cold on the dark side, the day side will be really hot, killing a great amount of life forcing billions of people to move to the penumbra zones which would have a milder temperature and where you would see the sun above the horizon, never setting, never rising.

In order for the Sun NOT to rise, Earth would have to stop spinning on its axis. If Earth suddenly stopped spinning on its axis there would be MASSIVE eathquakes and tidal waves all over the Earth. IF anyone survived that cataclysm, the survivors on the ‘day’ side would perish as the temperature would rise until it is unbearably hot while those on the ‘night’ side freeze in the dark. If there were survivors at the ‘twilight’ region, those areas woul be subjected to very high winds as the temperature on the night side drops to the point where nitrogen becomes liquid and air rushes from the day side to condense on th night side. Long story short- everyone dies.

You are saying….if Sun doesn’t rise. Its indirectly saying that what if earth stop rotation around its axis( because sun rises and sets due to earths rotation)
Now if earth stops rotating around its axis than due to inertia of motion everyone on the surface of the earth will be thrown out in the outer space tangentialy (along the tangent of the earth) and the results would be catastrophic(people flying around in outer space…kinda cool…).
