To stay young and healthy, you need to eat a balanced diet. Instead of three foods, focus on incorporating these three food groups to your diet:
Protein – is necessary to build and maintain healthy muscle mass, bones and tissue. Some foods high in protein include pulses, legumes, lean meats like chicken and other poultry, fish, eggs, milk and milk products.
Healthy Fats – Studies show that eating foods rich in monounsaturated fatty acids improves blood cholesterol levels, which can decrease risk of heart disease, and help control blood sugar. Vegetable oils, fatty fish, cod liver oil, avocados, walnuts, almonds and chia seeds all contain monounsaturated fat.
Fiber – helps to normalizes bowel movements, maintain bowel health, lowers cholesterol and blood sugar levels and helps you maintain a healthy weight through appetite control. Fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains like wheat, oats, barley and corn are all high fiber.

There aren’t 3 foods that will do what you propose
What I’m going to say isn’t backed up by decades of study, directly.
What I would suggest is to not worry about 3 particular foods that you should eat daily. This is a dangerous and asinine way to go through life.
3 things to eat?
You can live on these:
You could have more fun eating these:
Even more fun:
Chicken (pictured is picotta al limone)
Add a bit of flavor:
There are no 3 magic foods.
Get diversity in what you eat, try to get a lot of vegetables and fruits, a broad diversity of them if you are a vegan or vegetarian.
Eating the same thing every day, even if it’s 3 magic superfoods, is a great way to live a boring life.

I am not an expert
It’s more a matter of not eating certain foods. Keep your consumption of fat, salt and all forms of sugar including honey reasonably low. However, it’s a good idea to eat enough protein and dairy (or other sources of calcium) and plenty of vegetables and fruits. All kinds of veggies and fruits; there’s no such thing as a “superfood”. Take enough exercise of whatever kind suits you. Try to avoid stressful situations (not too easy, that one).
That way your body will be healthy and you will feel good, which you can equate with your body being young if you like.
In case the question changes, the one I answered was: “What 3 foods should I eat every day to keep my body as young & healthy as possible?”

Promoting a healthy relationship with food.
There are no such 3 foods. You’re looking for superfoods, foods with magical powers, or extra special nutrition. No such food exists. Eat a variety of foods, mostly plants, not too much or too little. Get good sleep. Exercise regularly. Don’t smoke. Drink as little alcohol as possible.
Beyond that it’s pretty much all luck and genetics.

Health-conscious, healthy man. And I did my time as a health-nut.
Thanks for the A2A
I should point out that I am no expert so my word is not to be assumed authoritative.
As others have noted, the idea that one food or a few foods can be huge game-changers in your sustained health has earned itself a fair share of skepticism.
That said, one thing that is actually medically documented is drinking lots of water. Water is phenomenal for you on endless levels. Do a Google search about the value of drinking copious amounts of water. Enjoy a decade worth of reading.
Best of luck!
P.S. In terms of individual foods I’m a fan of avocados and various nuts. Those have a lot of important nutrients and fill you pretty efficiently.

I am not a doctor or dietician but read about blood sugar, insulin and fat loss.
In my opinion,
Bittergourd – for concentrated dose of Vitamin C, fibre, other nutrients and improving insulin response of the body. Coriander leaves and green chillies are good choices for Vitamin C and fibre but not sure of their insulin response.
Egg / Goat Rib Meat – for essential Amino Acids and essential fatty acid Omega-3
Coconut oil / Ghee – quality saturated fat and medium chain triglycerides; easily absorbed by gut and readily available ketogenic energy
One can live on these for several months without needing other food.
