First of all, supreme knowledge of the subject of your interview is a must. If you have passable English speaking skills and have the knowledge necessary to hold the conversation and answer the questions, it will be good for you.
In order to speak better, it is important to practise. And that means that you need to start speaking to people around you in English already, at least till the day of the interview. Simultaneously, start reading more. As you will find structured sentences around you, you will also find their usage when you start speaking.Use the words you learn when you speak. And of course, learn to use technical language of your field while talking about the subject of the interview.
All the very best.
